HOW WE DO
OUR WORKFLOW
Lead Time
Before any scouting begins, each assignment goes through a lead time window — ideally 30 to 15 days before the shoot or photography date.
Routes are studied, access confirmed, and local conditions checked to ensure readiness and precision on the ground.
Brief
Once timing and logistics are defined, we build the creative and technical brief with the client — outlining shot requirements, lighting preferences, and production constraints to align scouting with the visual goals of the project.
Field Scouting
During field scouting, selected locations are visited and documented through still images and video references.
Each site is evaluated for accessibility, light conditions, and production feasibility, ensuring accurate visual options for final approval.
TIME
DELIVERABLES
Option 1
Final Package
After completing the assignment, a three-day turnaround is required to organise and deliver the final materials.
The package includes an organised image gallery, a location map with pins, and a detailed PDF with scout notes.
All files are provided via Dropbox for easy access and sharing.
Option 2
End‑of‑Day
End-of-day handoff during multi-day scouting.
Each delivery includes a foldered image gallery via Dropbox, an updated map with pins, and short scout notes.
Files are made available for immediate download to support overnight review and planning.
Image Handling
Deliverables are provided without digital retouching; only basic exposure adjustments are applied when necessary.
The goal is to preserve the natural conditions of each location, ensuring that visual references remain faithful to the real shooting environment.
SCOPE
TRANSPORT
The way
we move
Scouting is carried out across all types of environments
urban, coastal, rural, industrial, or off-road, whenever conditions allow.
Transport logistics are project-dependent and defined in the brief, covering flights, ferry routes, or specific vehicles such as 4×4.
Visits to private properties require prior booking, availability checks, and clear terms for client approval.
The overall approach remains challenge-driven, persistent, and solution-oriented
Nothing is impossible, only hard or very hard.
ABOUT
PERMITS
Following
the law
We do not process permits.
We indicate the relevant channels and entities.
If licensing is required, the client should hire a Location Crew Member.
A directory of professionals will be available on this site.
